We draw on a range of approaches and adapt them as the work develops, keeping the process purposeful, proportionate and focused on what will be useful.

Value through process is central: we believe the work should strengthen understanding, build capability, relationships and collaboration while producing something immediately useful. A series of principles underpin our way of working including: co-production, systems based and adaptive approaches, and learning built into delivery.

We design our approaches so that different perspectives, experiences and forms of expertise can shape the work. We think carefully about who needs to be involved, how people are able to contribute, and how we create the conditions for meaningful participation. This helps bring different voices into the process and produces richer, more grounded outcomes.

We turn complex thinking and collaborative processes into practical outputs that people can use to make decisions, align activity and move work forward including strategies, business cases, operating models, implementation plans, blueprints, requirements gathering, practical roadmaps, organisational designs, logic models, theories of change and monitoring/evaluation/learning frameworks, impact and engagement strategies, evidence reviews, and policy briefs.
